In case of server crashes, hardware failures, software bugs, data corruption, or other unforeseen incidents, Riven Deploy and its proprietor shall not be held responsible for any loss, alteration, or destruction of data hosted on the Riven Deploy platform.

Riven Deploy operated by Aakash Mistry may, at its sole discretion, shut down theRiven Deploy platform completely or partially without any prior notice. Users will bear full responsibility for managing their data and service continuity in such events.

• No refunds, compensations, or assistance will be provided in the event of platform closure.

23.6 No Guarantee on Recovery Time
